Better You Vitamin K2 Oral Spray is a unique formulation which provides fast and effective absorption of the vital nutrient K2 which supports normal blood clotting and bone health. Three sprays deliver 180ug of the vitamin K2. As the product is a spray the absorption of the vitamin is faster and more effective. Directions

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Dosage: 3 sprays deliver 180μg of vitamin K2. Use 3 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
